流行語大賞が発表されましたね。
3密ですか。
今年のやつは全体的にたしかによく聞く言葉が多かったので、僕は結構納得がいっている側なのですが、毎年納得できない人はいますからね。
3密は今年できた完全なる新語であるにも関わらず、皆が当たり前に使っている言葉なので、大賞でいいんじゃないかなと思っています。
個人的には、「顔芸」に集約されてしまいましたがドラマ半沢直樹の「お、し、ま、い、Death」か「詫びろ詫びろ詫びろ」がよかったですけどね。
来年はコロナ関係が一掃されて、ほんとアホみたいな言葉ばかりが踊る流行語大賞になったらいいですね。
そんなん流行ってないわ！ とか言えてた時が、なんて幸せだったんだろうと思います。
占い師さんに当ててもらいたいものですが、年末は忙しいのかそんなことしている暇はないのでしょう。
さて本日は「すっかり寒くなった冬に食べたい、純豆腐鍋」でございます。
すっかり寒くなった冬に食べたい、純豆腐鍋
材料
豆腐 一丁
豚肉 200g
白菜 1/4
玉ねぎ 1個
鶏がらスープの素 適量
塩 適量
酒 適量
みりん 適量
ごま油 小さじ1
チリペッパー 好みの辛さの量
作り方
豆腐以外は全部鍋にぶち込んで煮ます。
最後に豆腐を入れます。
一応メインですからね。
うーん、簡単。
完成
純豆腐なんていってますが、ただの辛い鍋ですね。
うーん、なんかあんまり美味しそうじゃないですね。
めっちゃおいしかったんですが、写真って難しい。
ま、簡単で栄養満タンなのでいいでしょう。
風邪の予防にもいいと思うので、温かい鍋を食べましょう。
