親子丼という食べ物があります。
もう慣れているので当たり前に使っていますが、もし親子丼というネーミングがない世界だったとして、今なにかの商品開発会議で
「せや！最高のネーミングを思いついたで！親の鶏肉と子の卵で親子丼や！」
なーんて言おうもんなら、完全にサイコパス扱いですよね。
まかり間違って会議を通り発売することになったら大変です。
いろんな方々から凄まじいクレームがとんでくるでしょう。
ピンとこないかもしれませんが、母という字が入っているだけで大変なことになる時代ですからね。
親子丼も、卵の親ってことは雌鶏か？ 母親か？ 母親の肉だけを食べるのか〜、となるかもしれません。
まあしかしとにかく凄いネーミングですな。
なんてことを考えながら作りました「ささみのあっさり親子丼」です。
ささみのあっさり親子丼
材料
- 茹でたささみ
- 卵
- 醤油 大さじ1
- 酒 大さじ1
- みりん 大さじ1/2
- 砂糖 小さじ1
作り方
ささみは何かに使う時、よくまとめて塩茹でにしちゃいます。
そうしておくとさっと使えて便利ですから。
というわけで今回は生春巻きの時にやっておいた、ささみの塩茹でを使います。
耐熱食器に調味料と茹でささみをいれ、ラップなしで２分チンすればOK。
あとはご飯にのせ、子である卵をのせてやれば完成です。
完成
もも肉を使った卵でとじるタイプが1番好きですが、これもヘルシーで悪くないですよ。
ささみが余ってる時はやってみなはれ。
親を子につけて食べなはれ。
