意識的にそうしています。
ですので今回もそうです。
中身にはふれません。
触れるのは「30分遅れたら5時間半空転」です。
まあアホですね。
実は欠席を申請してたなんて話もありますが、とりあえずその辺もおいておきましょう。
大事な会議に遅れられたら怒るでしょう。
でもだからといって、じゃあもうこの会議ぶっ壊せとはなりません。
小学生だってなりません。リアルになりません。
いや、この怒ってる時間がなんなん？となります。
ちょっと自分の職業に置き換えてみましょうよ。
例えばコンサート開演前のリハーサルに遅刻して、舞台監督がブチギレてそれが夜になっても終わらなくて、その日のライブが中止になりましたってなったらおかしいでしょう。
ほんとに変な人たちです。
4時間経過時にまだ怒っていた人の顔を見てみたいものだと思います。
僕はその昔5分の時間の遅れ（遅刻とかじゃないですよ）を槍玉にあげられ、1時間もの間時間の大切さについて聞かされたことがありますが、こいつはアホかと真剣に考えました。
とにかくそんな怒ったらいけません。
例えば昨日のブログの更新を忘れていたトンチキチンがいたとします。
それに対して1週間怒り続けた結果、そのトンチキチンが1週間ブログを書けなくなったらバカみたいじゃあないですか。
いいですか、そんなことは責めてはいけないのです。
ブログなんてのは更新したりしなかったりくらいがちょうどいいのです。
それくらいのスタンスでいることがとてもとても大事なのです。
いやあ、やってしまいましたねえ。
まあこのブログは、たまさか奇跡的に毎日更新されていただけなので、よしとすることにしようじゃないですか。
サガリ丼
サガリとは牛の横隔膜らへんの筋肉ですね。
焼肉屋さんになったり、東西新聞社や美食倶楽部に入るのでなければ、ハラミと同じと思っていいでしょう。
サガリやハラミは脂身も少なく、なのに美味いという奇跡的な部位です。
お牛様一頭からとれる分量はかなり少ないらしいのですが、その割に安かったりしますよね。
特に味ついてるやつは安いです。
なんか理由があるのかもしれませんが、きっと知らない方が幸せなのでしょう。
んで、その味ついてるやつを焼くだけです。

なんですかこの美味さは。
料理するのがバカらしくなる美味さです。
焼肉屋ではハラミだけ出てくりゃいいと考える人間なので、手軽に焼肉気分を体験できます。
まあスーパーの味付けに左右されるのかもしれませんが、不思議とこれはどこも同じ味な気がします。
安いし簡単なので、やってみるといいのではないでしょうか？
フライパンシートがあれば片付けも超楽ですよ。
