2度目のワクチン接種から2日、今現在私の体調はすこぶる良く、ぴんぴんしているといっていいでしょう。
と冒頭に書く訳はですね、このblogを見ていただく皆様に、イタズラに心配をかけるのはよくないなと思うからです。
徹夜アピールをする大学生みたいなことはしたくないと、強く思うからであります。
なのでもう一度いいますが、今めっちゃ元気です。
さて時は遡りワクチン接種から8時間後、ボカンと発熱しました。
モデルナ製、2度目のワクチン接種による副反応でしょう。
体がめっちゃ熱い気がするのですが、額を触るとむしろ冷たい。
気のせいかと思い測ると39度もあるじゃないですか！
なんかの間違いかと思って何度か測り直しましたが、結果は変わりません。
額が冷たい気がするのは、手が熱いからなんですね。
こうなるとですね、私は予定していたいくつかの分岐を発熱ルートに進むことになります。
発熱ルートとはなにか？
それは安静にすることでも薬を飲むことでもありません。
答えは「プリンパーティーをする」です。
熱なんてもんはプリン食っときゃ下がる、と古来より云われております。
人類の叡智の結晶といえる最新ワクチンにそんなもん通用しないでしょうけど、まあそんなわけで発熱中はいくらプリン食ってもいいのです。
熱出てる間はカロリー0ですからね。
何食っても太りません。
プリン食ってバニラヨーグルト食ってプリン食ってコーヒーの代わりにパピコ食うという、頭のおかしいムーブが可能です。
まあ大昔同じように「プリン食っときゃ治るやろ」といってたらそのまま入院したことありますけどね。
甘いものはもういいかとなったら、次はうどんパーティーです。
小麦粉の塊デ○の素といわれるうどんさんですが、熱出てる間はいくら食べてもいいのです。
熱出てる間はカロリー0なうえに、うどんは白いですからね。
白いんだったらカロリーマイナスなんじゃないですかね。
それにも飽きたらグラノーラです。
これなんか食ったぶんだけ痩せるんじゃないですかね。牛乳かけますしなんせグラノーラですから。
とまあ様々なパーティーを楽しんでいたのですが、僕は普段熱でないので、慣れてないとやはりしんどいものですね。
熱は1時間に1分くらいの間隔で、緩やかですが確実に下がっていきます。
通常の風邪のようにボカンと下がってまたボカンと元通り発熱！なんてことは僕の場合はないようです。
でもゆっくりなので発熱時間はそれなりに長いわけで、プリン食いながら我慢の時間です。
解熱剤を飲んでも問題ないらしいですね。
我が家にロキソニンはあったのですが、飲みませんでした。
この熱こそが抗体を作ってるんだと思いたいじゃないですか。
でも解熱剤で熱下げても、抗体の量には変わりない、と今のところ云われているようです。
そんなこんなで1日で熱は下がり、肩がちょっと痛いかなくらいの感じです。
正直しんどかったですが、ワクチン打っといてよかったな〜と思います。
だって罹ってしまったら、あんなもん目じゃないくらいツラいんですよね。
それはほんとムリムリなので。
ワクチンうつ前にプリンや食糧、飲料を備えておくといいですよ。
まあ早く快復しすぎてめっちゃ余りましたけど。
ここからはむしろカロリー倍なので困りました。
