昨日少し「ROOKIES」についてふれたからでしょうか、主人公の川藤先生が夢にでてきました。
実写版で。
まあいつもどおり遅刻しそうなんですけど、なんと今日は修学旅行に遅刻するというんですね。
でその場所が青森だと。
そんで連れて行ってくれと頼まれたので連れて行きました。
現実だったら絶対断りますが、夢だと行けてしまうものです。
ついたらなぜかアスパムに上り、頂上展望台でピザを食べました。
青森懐かしいですね。
前に行った時の写真を少し載せます。
アスパムの頂上でピザは売っていないので、明日はピザの記事でも書くかと思っていたからでてきたんでしょうね。
不思議なものです。

まあそんな夢の話は置いておいて、今日はピザのお話しです。
ピザを自分で作るのなんて難しそう、またはめんどくさそう、と思うでしょう？
ところがどっこい、ピザ作りはとっても簡単。
そして洗い物もほとんどでないので、めんどくさくもありません。
さて作るかと思ってから２０分後には、熱々焼き立てのピザができあがってるんです。
宅配ピザより早いんですよ。
それでお値段２００円ほど。
あとカロリーも実はそんなに高くないです。
定食とかのほうが高いですよ。
ピザって限界を超えて腹につめこみがちですからね。
んなことすりゃ何食べたってカロリーオーバーですよって話です。
というわけで本日は「実は簡単・楽ちん・２００円でできるベーコンとトマトと卵の絶品ピザ」でございます。

実は簡単・楽ちん・２００円でできるベーコンとトマトと卵の絶品ピザ
材料
生地
- 強力小麦粉 100g
- ベーキングパウダー 3g
- ピザソース 適量
- 水50cc
- 塩 小さじ1/4
- オリーブオイル 小さじ１ （サラダ油でも可）
具
- ベーコン
- ゆで卵 1個
- 玉ねぎ1/4
- トマト 1/2
- チーズ 適量
作り方
生地をこねる
もう小麦粉の画像がどれがどれだか分からなくなっている昨今です。
さて、材料をさじで混ぜ合わせます。
お水を2/3くらいにして、まずはそぼろじょうにしてから残りの水をいれると楽です。
あまり美しくないですが、焼くのであんまり気になりません。
おしゃれピザ職人には文句をいわれそうですが、うるせー料理する時は指輪はずしてコック帽かぶれと言ってやります。
ほんとは水を回すために少し寝かせるといいのですが、あまり気にしません。
ま、具材を用意したりする場合は、少しねかせられるので、それでいいでしょう。
伸ばす
うどんやスパゲッティだと、のし棒とのし台が必要ですが、ピザはいりません。
目の前にかかげて、ハンドルを回す様にくるくる回すと勝手に伸びていきます。
フライパンの大きさを考えて伸ばしましょう。
形もテキトーでいいですよ。
クッキングシートをしき、ピザソースを塗り、具をのせる
クッキングシートをフライパンに敷いて、生地をのせます。
クッキングシートがあれば焦げにくいし、フライパンも汚れないし、このまま皿に移す場合は皿が汚れません。
でそこにピザソースを塗ります。
ピザソースは作りません。
ピザは簡単に作れるのが大事！
僕はこれを使ってます。
このトマトはのせすぎです。
こんだけ乗せたら火を通すとべちゃべちゃになります。
でもこんなことできるのは家だけなのでやっちゃいます。
玉ねぎはみじん切りにしたものをラップして、レンジで１分ほど加熱したものを使うといいでしょう。
卵もベーコンものせすぎです。でも家なのでやります。
チーズは好みで調節します。
毎日食べる人はちょっと少なめでもいいかもですね。
ここまでなんと１０分くらいです。
簡単なんです。
ゆで卵から作る場合はもう少しかかりますが、まあ誤差の範囲ですね。
生地こねる前に火にかけておけばいいので。
焼く
蓋をして超弱火で、フライパンで焼きます。
10分くらいでいいでしょう。
クッキングシートの下に、水を３０ccくらい入れておくと、ピザ生地がかりかりになりすぎません。
その際は絶対にその水がピザにかからないように、クッキングシートの四隅を折り、浸水を防ぎましょう。
蓋を開けるときも、蓋についた水分がピザにかからないよう注意します。
オーブンがある人はオーブンで焼くといいでしょう。
でもオーブンって面倒じゃないですか？
気楽に作るならフライパンをおすすめします。
強火厳禁ですよ。

めっちゃうまいですよ、これ。
まあトマト入れ過ぎ、具を盛りすぎなので食べにくいですけど。
家なのでいいんです。
っていうかこんなもりもりのピザ食べれるの、家だけですからね。

ということにしましょう 笑。

四捨五入すれば200円なので、何も問題ないのです、ええ。
でですね、和食よりも作るの楽なんです。
っていうか全ての料理の中で1番楽。
洗い物もクッキングシートのおかげでほとんどでません。
こんな謎ブログやってなければわざわざ皿においたりしないので、もっと減ります。
トマトや玉ねぎの代わりにベビーリーフとかを使うなら、まな板もいらないんですね。
