今日は成人式ですね。
私は出身が大阪なのですが、近所の枚方パークという遊園地で成人式がありました。
今はひらパーでやってるかどうかは知りませんが、枚方市の今年の式典は延期になったとのこと。
ああ、枚方は「ひらかた」と読みます。
新成人の皆さんは本当に残念でしょうし、美容室や振袖屋さん（？）てきな成人式が稼ぎ時の方々もつらいでしょう。
早くの世の中正常にならんかな〜と思うばかりです。
さて、「ポムの樹」というオムライス専門店がありますね？
今や渋谷スペイン坂というオシャレ危険地帯にまである有名店です。
これが実はなんと我が枚方発祥なんですね。
びっくりですね〜。
僕も今知ってびっくりしてるくらいですから。
というわけで今日成人式ができない枚方の新成人諸君には、育んでくれた故郷の味を楽しんでいただきたいものでやんす。
いや〜どうにか無理やり話が繋がるもんですね。
というわけで今日は「オムライス」です。
オムライス
材料
- ご飯
- 玉ねぎ
- 卵
- ケチャップ
- ビーフシチューの残り
作り方
まずケチャップライスを作ります。
玉ねぎみじん切りをチンしてご飯に放り込み、ケチャップ入れて混ぜます。
本当は鶏肉とかマッシュルーム入れて炒めるのがいいのですが、ビーフシチューあるし面倒くさいのでこれでよしとします。
巻くのは相当難しいので、上に乗せるタイプにします。
オムレツを作ってご飯の上で割ってトローンとするやつも難易度が高いです。
なので平べったいクレープみたいな半熟卵焼きを焼いて、巻かずにそのままのせてしまいましょう。
だってね、考えてみてもらいたいんですけど、一回巻いてご飯の上で割ったからって、別に味に変化なんかないでしょ？
あれはパフォーマンスの意味合いが多いですよ、知らんけど。
さてその上に、煮込みハンバーグで余ったビーフシチューをかけて完成です。

でも僕もたまに外で食べて毎回思うことがあります。
それは、
オムライスはケチャップベチャベチャにして食うのが1番うまい！
ということです。
というわけでそれを再確認するためにも、こんなん作ってみるといいでしょう。

オムライスは食べるの好きだけど、ふわふわ卵作るのが苦手で敬遠してました😅
