いや困りました。
ご飯なんか作ってる場合じゃないんです。
鼻です。
鼻の描き方がわからないんです。
これは僕の画家生命の危機と呼べるのかもしれません！
ペンを握って1月ですが。
鼻の描き方が分からない
小説「コロ！！」にはイラストが必要だ！ と思い、ヘタクソな絵を描きはじめて一ヵ月。
あれれと気づいたことがあります。
鼻です。
オレってば、鼻を描いてないやんけ！と。
はあ？じゃあ描けばええやん、と思うでしょう？
顔の中で1番大きなパーツ、しかもど真ん中に位置するのが鼻ですからね。
確かに描けばいい、その通り。
でもですね、イラストにおいて鼻をちゃんと描くのは、実は圧倒的に少数派なんですよね。
ちょっと手近にあるイラストや漫画やアニメなんかを見てみてください。アングルは真正面ね。
鼻部分は縦線だったり、くの字だったり、謎三角だったり、点がちょんだったりするでしょう？
なんなら無かったりするんです。
みんなクリリン状態なわけです。
まあクリリンは鼻はなくても鼻くそは飛ばせる地球人最強の男なので置いておいて、とにかくですね、ある程度描いていても小鼻を描くことはまあないのですね。
ちゃんとガッツリ描くのはスラムダンクの井上雄彦先生くらいじゃないでしょうか？
なんでかっていうと、ちゃんと描くとめっちゃブサイクになるんですよ。
美術の授業ではじめて人物画描いた時に、鼻のところで「あれれなんだこの〇〇」となった人、多いことでしょう。もちろん僕もそのクチです。
調べてみると、鼻というのは凹凸なわけで、線ではちゃんと表せないらしいんですな。
なのでデフォルメした線や点、鼻の穴の影だけとかで表すようです。
で僕という人間はそうなると絶対に鼻を描いてみたくなるんです。
でも調べても漫画の鼻の描き方しかでてきません。
なら凹凸の描き方を調べるかと検索します。
すると「陰影という言葉がありますが、陰(shade)と影(shadow)は違います。明暗境界線と反射光とハイライトは〜」みたいな説明があって、ムリとなりました。
まあ何が言いたいかというと、そんなこんなでお茶漬けしか食ってないので今日はご飯の記事はありません、という話。
ギターもなければ飯もない。
ほんとわからないことに直面するととにかくそれしか考えない性格なのです。
まあなんかを身につけるには吉と出る場合もたまにあります。
ほんとたまに。
見よう見まねでやってみる
なんでも模倣からです。
リアル系のイラストや女優さんの鼻を観て、描いてみます。
「観察しろというのは、見るんじゃあなく観ることだ、聞くんじゃあなく聴くことだ」
という空条承太郎の名台詞が思い返されます。
「でないとこれから死ぬことになるぜ、康一君」
と続くカッコいいセリフです。
なんだか勇気をもらった気がして描きます。
死にました。
こうなるんですよね、鼻って。
むずすぎる。
どうやったら高くなるのか、下向くのか、お絵かき歴一月の私にはコントロール不可です。
そこから悩むこと数時間、ついに鼻っぽいものが描けるようになってきました。
クリスタの「塗り&馴染ませブラシ」は神です。
おお、これをいつもの描いてたやつにつければ！ と思ったのですが、絵柄があわん。
目です。
目がデカすぎるんですね。
ちょっと冷静に考えてみると、漫画とかの目ってめっちゃデカいですね。
少女漫画だけでなく普通の少年漫画でもそうです。
鼻がリアルっぽくなったのに目がドカーンと大きいとめっちゃ変です。
一時期のプリクラデカ目よりもっと変です。
なので目も改編しないといけません。
光の入れ方や映り込みと虹彩も変えた方がよさそうです。
あ、口もリアル調に、、、。
ええ、髪もですか、、、。
鼻の下のスジ、、、いらんやろこれ、、、。
化粧もするか、、、。
気がつけば朝です。腹減りました。
完成
そんなこんなで現状こんなんになりました。
この人は後にコロで出てくるかもしれないし出てこないかもしれません。
まあ結論としてはですね、時間かかるから鼻描くのはムリ！ということになりました。
あと、黒髪って初めて描きましたが、難しいですね。
ほんと知らんことだらけです。
これが斜め向いたらどうなるのか、と考えただけで恐ろしいですね。
なんの話やねんって感じですが、まあたまには趣向を変えてこういう記事にするのもいいでしょう。
