私のブログを読んで蕎麦を打った人、理由はなくとも急に蕎麦を打った人、誰かに強制されて泣く泣く蕎麦を打った人、意識を失ったと思ったら蕎麦を打っていたという人、いろんな人がいることかと思います。
で、誰もが思うと思うんです。
もう2度と蕎麦なんか打ってやるもんかと。
簡単ではあるけどなんかめんどくさいし、結構練習しないとうまく打てるようになりません。
その間に何度ぶちぶち切れてしまうイマイチな蕎麦を食わなければいけないんだろう、と思ったら、まあ打ちませんよ、2度と。
で、余っているでしょう？
蕎麦粉が！
というわけで蕎麦粉のクレープ、その名もガレットの登場というわけです。
ガレットはなんとおフランス料理。
蕎麦粉で作るこれはブルターニュ地方の食べ物らしいです。
クレープの原型となった料理だとのこと。
遠くブルターニュに想いを馳せ、ガレットを作ってみようではないですか。
まあフランスの場所もよく分からなければ、ブルターニュたらいう所もなんもわかんないですが、山とか芝生があるんでしょう、多分。
勝手に映画サウンドオブミュージックの青空を思い浮かべてます。
国違うけど。
というわけで本日は「ガレット」です。
ガレット
材料
生地
- 蕎麦粉 30g
- 水40cc
- 牛乳40cc
- 卵1個
- 塩少々
具
- ハム
- チーズ
- 卵
作り方
まあガレットガレットと物珍しい名前を連呼してみましたが、作り方はとても簡単。
まず生地材料を混ぜ合わせます。
そして油を塗ったフライパンで焼きます。
この時フライパンのフチまで回すようにしてやります。
畳みやすくなりますからね。
ですぐに具材をのせます。
四隅を畳んで蓋をして少し蒸し焼きにすれば出来上がり。
ハムとチーズで十分すぎる塩気がありますので、味付けはいりまへん。
完成
なんかいつもと違う感がいいですね。
ほんと簡単なので、蕎麦粉が余ってる人はやってみるといいでしょう。
