マツコ・デラックスさんが好きで、あの方の番組は全て録画しています。
かりそめ天国、月曜から夜更かしなんかのメジャー番組も大好きですが、「５時に夢中！」というとんでもない番組が好きです。
TOKYO MXで月〜金でやっている番組ですね。
HPを貼っておきますが、でているメンツからして濃厚ですよね。
メインMCのお一人のふかわりょうさんを、昨年の秋田CARAVAN fesでお見かけした時は震えましたね。
「うわーふかわりょうさんだ〜」と遠巻きにみてました。
で、マツコさんは月曜日、美しき株式評論家の若林史江さんと出演しておられます。
コロナのせいでお２人とも電話出演になったのですが、今になっても電話で出演してますね 笑
電話でいけるじゃんとなっちゃったんでしょうね。
若林さんの家の回線は切れやすいのでたまに行方不明になりますが。
この番組、深夜でも無理じゃないかってくらいかなりはちゃめちゃで、それを毎日生でやってんだから凄まじいです。
多分普通の番組なら「ピー」という放送禁止音だらけになるでしょう。
というかピーいれても放送できないか。
それを夕方５時に生でやるっていうね。
でも考えてみれば、マツコさんの言葉を生で聞けるのは５時に夢中だけですからね。
ついでにいうとマツコさんが世に出るきっかけになった番組ともいわれていますね。
んでその月曜日、「黒船特派員」という名目でガウちゃんというスコットランド出身の女性が出ています。
この方元気で面白いんですよね。
ガウちゃんは番組の終盤で「やっつけ晩ご飯」という料理コーナーを担当しています。
まあこのコーナー、大抵失敗でやっつけられない、というのが通常です。
そこがおもしろいんですけどね。
さて、何が言いたいかというと、今日作るのはまさにやっつけ晩ご飯ってことです。
話が長いですか？ よくいわれます。
なんならその話をしてもいいのですが、さらに長くなるので今日はやめておきましょう。
やっつけ晩ご飯、カット野菜で作るお味噌汁です。
カット野菜で作るお味噌汁
材料
- 味噌
- カット野菜
- なんか余った野菜とか端切れ
- あれば豆腐
作り方
もう全部ぶっこんで煮るだけです。
カット野菜はコンビニでも売ってますので、野菜を摂りたい時に便利です。
煮ると小さくなるので、大量に野菜を摂取できますよ。
カット野菜は栄養が流れ落ちてるなんて話がありますが、んなこといいだしたらあれですよ、あれ。
ちょっと「あれ」の内容が思い浮かばないのですが、とにかくあれです。
味噌はこれを使うと楽です。
ほんと便利になりましたね〜。
僕はこのしじみのやつと混ぜて使います。
あとは余ってた野菜なんかを全部いれます。
味噌汁なんて何入れたって大丈夫。
美味しいですよ。

カレイの煮付けが残ってたので、人参を借りました。
メインであるはずのカット野菜が見えませんね。
まあしょせんカット野菜なのでいいでしょう。
なれればインスタントの袋ラーメン感覚で作れます。
っていうかここに袋ラーメンいれてもおいしいです。
袋ラーメンのスープの素は少なめにしましょう。
あまったら冷凍して、スープストックとしても使えます。
野菜をいっぱい摂りましょう。

“5時に夢中”1度見てみたいのですが、地方で見られないのが残念です。
お味噌汁、この前マツコさんの番組でやってましたよね。大抵のものは味噌汁に出来るって、ズボラ主婦には有難い存在です。
マツコさん裏表ないし、説得力あって凄い方ですよね〜。うちも好きだなぁ。
5時に夢中は見れないのだけど出演者みるだけで自由すぎる感じ、面白そ〜。
