昨日はバレンタインということで長文でした。
あんだけ書けばしばらくは書かんでいいんちゃうかなと思ってしまうどうしようもない男です。
料理もね、もう1回昨日のチョコを載せてしまうくらいエネルギー不足なわけです。
でもね、ちゃんとキンキンに、それこそカイジのビールくらいキンキンに冷えてやがるくらい冷たく冷やすと、ちゃんと固まったんですよね。
そんで今日食べてみるとびっくりするくらい美味しかったです。
やるやんオレ、となりました。
冷やしが大事ということをご報告するためのもう1回なわけです。
サボってるわけじゃあありません。
ところで一昨日、映画「オタクに恋は難しい」を観ていたんですよ。
いやめちゃくちゃ面白いですね、あの映画。
最高やんか、と。
でクライマックスにまさかの地震だったじゃないですか？
なので緊急ニュースで最後観れてないんですよね。
もちろんニュースの方が大事で、まさか文句なんか言うはずもないんですが、どうしましょうかコレ。
多分あと10分とかですからね。
まあDVDを借りようかと思います。
最後まで観れてませんが面白い映画でしたよ。

チョコは温度管理が命とか聞いたことがあります。丸める時の手の温度も低い方がいいとか。
明日はフルーツと盛り合わせしてみるとかどうでしょう。1週間位盛り付けやラッピングで応用出来そう😄
